Ready for Success

The Infant Welfare Society of Evanston and School District 69 have partnered to establish an innovative national model for early childhood education, which offers families comprehensive support and resources from Prenatal services to 5yrs. Ready For Success graduates enter kindergarten ready to learn on a lifelong path for success. This program was established through generous funding by The Illinois State Board of Education.

Academic institutions

To ensure every dollar in early prevention services is wisely invested, research partners from six different academic institutions came together to brainstorm how to implement projects that would examine the potential impact when early prevention services could be provided to children and families in District 69.

Thousand children Impacted

IWSE provides high-quality full-day child care and early education services at Baby Toddler Nursery and Teen Baby Nursery, as well as supportive services and parenting support through our Family Support Program. By offering education to families who are living at risk and who are parenting infants and toddlers, IWSE acts as an advocate, care-taker, and champion for children and families in our community.
